Rich was fantastic! His attention to detail and kindness was outstanding and unmatched. When I say he has attention to detail he does. I am an engineer and he knows his stuff. I will have him come back for multiple projects in the near future. He promised superior fast service but with meticulous planning, run a Airbnb out of my historic home. We have used Remodel Lancaster for remodeling and new construction. They never cease to amaze us with their excellent skills, efficiency, fair pricing and job clean up. We would never use anyone else !!! Our most recent project was installing new hard wood floors on our entire second floor. Because of their excellent work, the floors are stunning. We were always treated professionally and with great respect.

Rich and his team were amazing, I had emergency situation late one night, which required a complete replacement of the main Fuse box. Rich and Kyle had it done in one night, which was amazing so thankful for their great work and attentiveness to my need.

Rich and his crew are professional, personable, flexible, and easy to work with. They are animal friendly. Rich got along great with our dog. Rich pays attention to details and does quality work. Rich and his crew are very trustworthy. We would use them again if we had another project.

My husband and I used Remodel Lancaster for a bathroom renovation in the spring. Rich and Evan did such a fantastic job, we had them back in the fall for a master bath renovation. Over the past few years. Remodel Lancaster has upgraded our bathroom, then remodeled our kitchen and recently repaired and remodeled our sun room. Each project was done on time and with amazing attention to detail. They all look absolutely great. We couldn't be happier with their work and would give them our highest recommendation.

Rich Morse at Remodel Lancaster is a true professional. He anticipated parts of the project that we would not have considered. His attention to detail and craftsmanship are very impressive. Our project "evolved" as it progressed, and Rich did an amazing job of adapting. The tile work in our master bath has a unique, organic line that reminds me of a receding ocean wave. It's a beautiful, relaxing escape. I would recommend Rich to create a one-of-a-kind space specific to your own tastes and needs.

Excellent work, friendly, and gets things done. After bidding, he thought of a better way to do part of it and passed along the savings.

To say that Remodel Lancaster did a great job on our bathroom remodel is such an understatement. Rich, along with Evan and Nick, transformed an ugly bathroom into a thing of beauty. The guys are punctual, respectful of you and your home, and they are true artists when it comes to their work. We can't say enough good about them! It is a privilege to write a review for Rich Morse of Remodel Lancaster. The craftsmanship is top notch, and they only use high quality materials. They installed a beautiful full bathroom in our downstairs family room. It is amazing. Unlike other contractors we have used, they did all the work from start to finish. They take great pride in their work and always leave the work area clean each day. They were a joy to work with and we will definitely use them again in the near future.

I wanted my old aluminum patio roof removed and replaced with a wood structured roof so that one day we can turn it into a 4 season room. Rich and his crew from Remodel Lancaster more than came through for me. Everyone I talked to from Remodel Lancaster was professional, courteous and friendly. The job itself seems pretty basic, but the beefiness of the roof and the workmanship is well above what I ever would have expected. Rich and his professonal team did repair work to drywall in our home. We were very pleased with the quality of their work and with the brainstorming they did to provde the best solutions to the challenges our project presented. These men performed their work in a very timely manner treating both our property and us respectfully. Each day when they left our home, their work areas were cleaned resulting in quickly getting our home back in order once the project was completed. He is a super contractor. He saved our Christmas last year by fixing a series water issue. The work was excellent and the workers are top notch. Rich is the best.

Outstanding service, from beginning to end. Rich and his crew re did our master bathroom. Rich was very pleasant, as we planned the work to be done. He was very prompt with plans and the estimate; which was very, very reasonable. Rich and his crew were very respectful of our house, made every attempt to clean every day. The demo was quick and effective. This group, every one of them, is filled with integrity and they are all top-notch professionals! My wife and I were grateful that the crew also cared deeply for our family dog Deuce. That meant a great deal to us; in addition to everything they did. I truly believe that Rich proves that it is possible to be a great guy and great businessman!

Provide repairs to our sun room to prevent water coming in, He did an excellent job in a timely manner and was very clean. This fees were very reasonable. I highly recommend Remodellanca.

Redid our masterbathroom. Listened to our ideas then gave us some of his own. The result was beyond our wildest dreams. We were involved at every step of the way and minimally inconvenienced during the project. We are extremely happy and would highly recommend Rich and his team.

It might have been a small project but it was done to profection. They were respectful and did the job as if was the most important. I tend to be pretty picky and I can’t find one negative thing to say. They kept everything (dirt) contained and vacuumed any dirt. I had two identical ceiling fans installed. Reprogramming the remotes can be a headache. They did not leave until everything was perfect. Did an awesome job.

I had Rich Morse and his company do several projects for me and I am thrilled with the results of each one. We started with a complete remodel of our master bath, closet area, and laundry room. This project included adding an upstairs extension onto our existing footprint. My husband wanted a bathroom shower to rival the nicest bathrooms in the international hotels he'd stayed in. We had the vision but Rich and Remodel Lancaster turned it into a workable reality. The finished product exceeded our dreams! So pleased were we with Rich and his team we had him keep going and expanded out 2-car garage to a 3-car garage complete with head room to accommodate a car lift! Next came new siding and shutters. Last was new decking to replace our worn out materials. Every step of the way Rich was on-site, not only supervising, but working right along side his employees. We trust him, his employees, and their workmanship 100%. It's been almost 4 years since the work was completed and everything looks as good as it did the day he finished. We do not hesitate to recommend Remodel Lancaster.

We had Rich and his team in to take down a wall and install new laminate flooring to replace carpet in our traditional bilevel home. Rich is so personable and really listens to his customer. The work is beautiful and we love it! He exudes kindness which is a rare gem in this business and he is fair and open with his customer. We plan to hire Rich for all future home repairs we hope to do in the future.

Remodel Lancaster re-did our family room and bathroom, taking out a an unusable hot tub, leveling the floor, putting new flooring down, fixing drywall, completely redoing the trim and wains-panel to match the rest of the house and installing a new back door and window above it. We are very pleased with the job they have done. Some of the things that stuck out to us were: Rich and his team were always very kind, positive and respectful. Because we had trouble finding exactly the right paint color and flooring, there were a couple of delays. But Rich was patient, gave us good advice and connected us with local resources. The woodwork was amazing as Rich's craftsmen matched the custom wains-panel and trim in the other part of the house, and and installed the trim with unique cuts reflecting the colonial era. He noticed the special cuts in the rest of the house and matched it when we had forgotten to point it out! When the floor, trim and wains-panel met the brick fireplace, they were carefully cut to the contour of the brick (see pics for trim work - but note that RL didn't do the painting). And when putting in the back door, Rich designed Colonial style trim above the door to beautifully cover the gaps so that we didn't have to put new siding on (see pic for design, but again note that the unfinished painting is our job, not RL). We only had one complaint through the process (because of my pickiness, not something that was actually done wrong). I mentioned it to one of the guys and before I'd even talked to Rich directly, he had told them to change it and it was done. I have no hesitation in giving 5 stars or recommending them to others because their work was meticulous with great craftsmanship and they were a pleasure to work with.

Fantastic bathroom remodel complete with large shower with tile and glass walls, hardwood floors, new sinks, cabinets and toilet. Beautiful work done by contractor with lots of good design suggestions from him. Great I'll work using the Schlueter system. I have used him on several other big projects.
