In 2014 we did a patio conversion, 2016 our bathrooms went from outdated 1979 to bright, modern, clean, with a custom tile shower, and highly functional small spaces! Penny always made sure we were working within our budget but somehow getting all the things we wanted. She helped us with product selection when we needed it and brought in other speciality trades when we needed them to get the projects finished just right. Working in a high rise condo has its challenges and Renovation Jeannie found solutions to all of them. Highly recommend Renovation Jeannie for any Reno’s or updates to your home! “We hired them to do a full renovation on the main floor. They were not pushy in getting us started on the project which I appreciated. We met with them a few times starting in Nov and did not sign the contract until March. Their allowances were spot on. All the trades people working for them were all very respectful and did a great job. They went above and beyond the scope of work set out for them, ex. the electricians changed all the plugs and switches to a more modern look, hooked up 2 extra lights... The cabinets are custom and the cabinet manager, Spencer Dick, was very conscientious about the work being done in his shop. The thing that sold me on Haven was having the design consultant, Donna Senterre, part of the project, I was lost at what goes together, it was overwhelming and that is why we had done nothing up til then. Donna Senterre was phenomenal! She helped in every aspect of the interior design. She was the go to person if we had any questions and helped pick out everything we needed for our home. She would go shopping with us and then understood what we liked and disliked. She was always there to help make the process painless. We absolutely love the job they did!! The only complaint I would have is the cleaning crew. After they left the laminate floor had puddles all over (my husband was home so he cleaned it up) and the cupboards still had wood shavings in them, the subway tile in the kitchen was not cleaned and the new windows were only done in the inside. I would ask if I could clean myself and get $$ off.”
