“Rob Schmetzer has created numerous projects on our property and all were made with a magnificent skillset. His work is built to last and, most importantly, his design ability and creative mind will set all your projects far apart from all the rest. He has made several decks that all have a unique design, several gates and, one in particular, looks like something you might find while entering Jurassic Park or a Castle- they are HUGE, gorgeous and always a conversation piece when our guests arrive. He built a floating dock, for our lake, that will be enjoyed by many, in the coming warmer months and now that our lake has some water. In addition to Rob's skillset, he is reliable, easy to work with, thoughtful, trustworthy and has a great personality, with a sense of humor, which I always appreciate in a person. You will not go wrong hiring Rob and his team; they will get the job done and you will surely be happy with the outcome.”

“We wanted a small, affordable house on The Sea Ranch coast. We had seen Obie's designs and loved them. We at first felt that what we were hoping to build would be too small and our budget too limited for Obie to be willing to take us on as clients. Wrong. He seemed honestly excited about designing a special home on a small budget. Obie talked to us about what was important to us in our home. He studied our previous home and asked pertinent questions. He listened and then creatively put all of our wants into a home filled with creative touches that make it small, modest in cost, and special. We love the end result!”
