“I converted my attached garage to a family room and built a separate detached garage. Remodeling Experts handled EVERYTHING including the architectural services, installation of a vented fireplace, a wall of custom bookshelves and a desk area. There were no surprises in the budget although I made changes as the process went along and Jim was able to work with me. In fact, because of his experience, he is able to make really nice suggestions in terms of what is trending and how things will work once finished. After this process, I used Remodeling Experts to update my master bath (gutted down to the studs) and then my children's bath. That's my best recommendation - that I continue to use Jim's company. His people are reliable, neat and polite. I'm happy to have them work in my home.”

“We love love loved this company. We had a pipe burst in the wall last winter and they did an amazing job. Doing demo, and getting the new floor down and the wall that was saturated fixed. This sept my son flooded the bathroom and we ended up with a bad leek in the basement. 2 guys from the company came over to my house on Friday at 5 to get the ceiling removed so we wouldn’t have any mold.”

“Complete bathroom remodel including removal of a wall and relocation of a door. Project had a couple of lengthy delays mostly no fault of Ferguson Construction and due to shower material from supplier being the wrong color due to samples not matching actual. Employees were courteous and professional and quality of work was very good.”

“Ken, Thank you for delivering everything I asked for during our basement renovation project. You helped us update our ugly, non-functional basement into something that we could be proud of by turning it into a space where we could have room for guests, an office for my husband, a work-out area, a media room, an updated bathroom, a computer area and extra storage for my teenage son, an art space for my teenage daughter, a kitchenette for morning coffee and parties, floor to ceiling pantry cabinets for extra storage, a hearth area that is Pinterest worthy and all within budget and on my timeline. In addition to that, the new laminate flooring, agreeable grey painted walls, new white trim, and painted black ceilings are fabulous. Now, I'm a realist and this isn't my first renovation project. I knew there would be extenuating factors that could cause the timeline to extend and surprises that might increase the agreed-upon budget. But, in general, everything went smoothly. I was incredibly impressed with your guys, Dilshat and Farouz. They were some of the HARDEST WORKING people I have ever met. I could always count on them to be here on time and I felt comfortable with them in my home and knew that they were doing exactly what they needed to be doing to get the job done right. Not only were they hard-working, they were incredibly skilled, especially with things like tile work. My shower looks absolutely beautiful and the custom niche they created is one of the best I've ever seen. Something I particularly appreciated about you was your communication. You always answered the phone when I called and returned texts promptly. Additionally, you checked in frequently to let me know your timeline and let me know if you were ever running late. I would use Apex Homes and your team for jobs in the future. Not only that, I would recommend you to friends and family. “Jason Breckenkamp installed new tile and replaced all the fixtures in my very outdated master bathroom. I cannot say enough about the quality of his work. He is meticulous, everything was done perfectly without any flaws. What I also really liked about Jason was that he had ideas about how the tile should be done and gave me options. Sometimes I think we have a ridged way of thinking about a design. A good contractor will give you choices on how it can be done. I would have never thought I would have liked the tile the way he suggested to install it and I love it. I teach school and could not be at my home when Jason was working. I gave him a key for the duration of the job. How many people can you trust in this day and age with your house key? Jason is extremely professional and very trustworthy. As you can tell by my review I was very happy with Jason's work and have recommended him to many of my friends and neighbors. Everyone has been very satisfied with his work. You will not be disappointed by this company and the extremely talented and professional man that runs it.”
