I could not have been happier with the work done by Baychu Builders. I wanted my bonus area turned into a finished bedroom and needed my kitchen ceiling repaired from water damage. He gave us a very reasonable quote for our project and then completed the project very quickly, professionally, and on budget. He even went above and beyond our expectations to exactly match the wall texture which we didn’t ask him to do. I would happily hire him again for another project.

Andrew and his team are true professionals. They made the process of designing and building our new deck more smooth than any of the other 3 big projects we have done on our house so far. I’m so glad my co-worker recommended them! Going into our first meeting, the only vision we had was relaxation in our back yard. Andrew was able to walk us through step by step on sizing, design and material selection. He helped us choose a premium trex brand deck board that will be looking great for decades to come. The sizing was a perfect balance to accent our backyard but not over-power it. My wife and I agreed, after the issues we had with our previous contractors, that we would demand clear communications from anyone we hired in the future. Andrew and Malia started there before we even brought it up. They made it clear that our satisfaction was their number one priority and our deck was going to get the same care and attention to detail that would be given to their own deck. And they delivered, big time. We only wish that we had been able to hire Baychu Builders for our previous projects. We will be getting back in touch with Andrew soon to design us our dream master bathroom, can’t wait!

We hired this company to restore the old screened in porch on the back of our house and I honestly can’t recommend them highly enough! Andrew and his team transformed our old porch into a totally modern living space, complete with custom design vinyl wraps and a craftsmanship that really shows. Andrew was extremely professional and informed us every step of the way laying out all the details of the project as well as recommending certain materials and stylistic elements. We were so thoroughly impressed with both his attention to detail and high level of skill. After the team was finished it looked like the porch could have been on a multimillion dollar shore home. Great thanks to Andrew and his guys, we’ll be enjoying summer evening meals on our new addition for many years to come!

Andrew did a great job renovating my small bathroom! He pays attention to details and went above and beyond with the plumbing and structure as well. If you show him what you want, he’ll recreate it as much as he can to the “T”! I would definitely recommend him and go for his services again! Even my cat loves it!
