I had a vision to do a mix of astroturf and new pavers, but had no idea how to execute it. When Nick came over, I showed him my chicken scratch sketch and he knew exactly what to do and gave really great recommendations on things I had no idea about (flood prevention, etc). Quality - he really cares about the work and commits to it. You can see from start to finish. And he was there majority of the time doing the work alongside his crew. There was a moment after the pavers were installed where I was nervous about my design decision but he said "trust the process" and I was glad I did because the backyard came out really wonderfully.
