I love the entry stone feature! How did you create it?

Is it polished concrete or tile? Hoping to create the same affect for our reno - Thanks!

The natural stone pebbles were laid first creating the path to the front entry door and then the remaining concrete was covered with porcelain tile. At the stone pebbles, each piece of porcelain tile was cut around each stone. Good luck with your project!
