There is a lot we can do. However, unless you want a reasonable large quantity of them the price would probably be prohibitive as all the cost in the redesign and the retooling has to be spread out over a number of the products to be economical. -Usually!
All that being said, what did you need? How many? What size? If you want a number of them, I can get you the contact information for our contract and hospitality manager who could take this discussion further. If the quantities don't warrant this approach maybe I can suggest something similar.

We unfortunately only need one. Roughly 24" high by 40" wide. I like the industrial chic mix of materials.
We are also looking for something that could ship in 3 weeks.

Well, that size and that timing makes for a tough situation. I had a couple ideas, that perhaps crystals could be added to but they aren't nearly that wide. (multiple units will not work correct?) There is even one (the bottom one) that might be able to be custom done for you but three weeks, that's tight!
