LOVE this design and layout! Is this possible to do with a kitchen that is approx 11'w x 15.5' l ??

You'd need a minimum of 14' of width in the room to do this particular layout properly. It's hard to tell from this photo how long this room is, but looks to be longer than 15'... Sorry to be the bearer of bad news...
