It was purchased from Susan Jablon Mosaics (www.susanjablon.com). It is an iridescent milk glass tile in a basketweave pattern. This exact tile does not appear to be available currently, but there are several similar options available on their site.

Hi, I agree SO BEAUTIFUL!... The wall tiles are devine, Is the actual shape of the wall tile square / oval? I cannot see from this picture? Many thanks!
