We are building a house in a ski town. People will walk home in ski boots and need a place to remove all their ski gear and store it for the next day. But in the evening, we'll want dinner guests to be able to remove their snow boots and hang their coats, maybe even put on some kind of spa slippers so snow and mud don't come into the house. How to visually separate these two uses for a mudroom/entry hall?
