Kitchen cabinet - top and bottom alignment- How important it is??

Hello,
we can not align top and bottom two-door-cabinets due to structural issues. Please look at left of kitchen when facing cooking range and suggest which design is better.
I can't thank enough for your input :)

Option1) Lose alignment but gain extra shelf: Have two door cabinets at bottom and one door cabinet at top

Option2) Gain alignment but lose one cabinet shelf: just have same one door cabinet at top and bottom
