This could be a Duravit 2nd floor washbasin #079050 and is 19 inches wide - although they typically show single-hole sinks, they can be purchased with 3 faucet holes as well. Browse through faucetdirect.com and you'll find similar sinks by other brands.

I think it more closely resembles the Duravit.
The photo has something that looks like the Duravit logo - it is not an overflow.
Thanks for introducing wetstyle though.
