Take measurements of your room and draw a layout to scale - one inch equals one foot is good if in the USA. Then measure the same for your furniture you are going to keep and the new furniture. You can then post the layout and more people will give you better responses. Good luck.

The room is 16 x16 not including the tv cut out. These are the couches we ordered. Thank you for your suggestion.

Move clock put tv entertainment centre there, Easy chair by fireplce, clock in dining rm where pictures are , pictures one above the other in a hallway, sofa where clock is shown in living area,with extra media area under living area windows,this would open flow of adjourning rooms and allow for conversation across area., and at breakfast bar, White sheers in these areas would keep room spacious and lighter. Just my thoughts.
