What exactly is the beautiful floor tile and where did you get it?

The room is beautiful! I have been searching high and low for this floor tile and can't find it. Is it Montauk Blue? Honed or cleft? Kindly put an end to my suffering anmd tell me the source. Gotta have it!

I believe this was a honed flat surface slate stone from contempo tile & stone. More of a dull grey material. Very simple and easy to use.
