I was thinking the same thing, Julie :-) Here is one in all wood and second with fabric over it. You can have them made in just about any size and style...

I would put a cornice to hide the size diference. It looks unproportional. Or you could install a double rod. raise the sheers and add some fabric on the botton.

If you want a swag over this- here is an idea- keep the sheers at the level you have them and set the side panels lower so they puddle nicely on the floor - then have the swag go evenly over the entire window.
