This door was a bit of an "adventure". You could reach out to the fabricator - Art in Metal in Tempe, AZ for a concept of something functionally similar. There is a lot going on with this door that is not immediately evident from the photos. The door has a steel frame that is an integral part of the stone structure around it to deal with the moment reaction of the door. it's an 1,100 lb. door leaf.

It is a great looking entry, we have built a number of doors like this with pivot hardware.
