WHAT SIZE IS THIS EXTERIOR DOOR AND DO THEY MAKE CUSTOM SIZES?

MY DOOR IS 42 INCHES WIDE AND 8 FEET HIGH.

42 inch is the door frame size (included glass) or the swing door only.
What is the door width only (swing door) excluded the glass at left side.

The door I need is a 42 inch front door. I like the chrome handle and the 3 small chrome framed windows in the door. I do not need the side lite window. How much does the 42 inch, 8 foot high door cost?

The door would swing just like it is in the picture with the handle on the left opening inward.
