The four trimmed white spaces you are looking at on either side of this photo are actually columns in the front hallway. And yes, there is decorative trim molding installed.

I love this trim design on the walls. I have a plain drywall island that I am trying to dress up with 2- 5" decorative legs and granite. I was thinking of adding this type of trim around the island. What is it called and where do I find it?
