At Bellacor.com ...I found some pretty similar... Kichler Knox Polished Nickel One-Light 6-Inch Mini Pendant

Look on Bellacor.com, YLighting.com and CircaLighting.com for this look. You will find so many beautiful fixtures.

If I recall correctly they were purchased at Lamps Plus but I'm not 100% certian. They were very reasonable I recall!

I can't seem to find an exact match for the pendants. I found these which look kind of close. Do you think the size would be similiar to the ones in the photo?

These are a great option. They have a diffuser, which means you won't be looking at a light bulb-I love that. And they have a rod, another nice touch for a finished look. Buy them!
