Can you please tell me the make/brand of the dining room furniture and dining room pendant light? Thanks!

I know that is an Ochre Arctic Pear Chandelier but I'm not sure on the dining room furniture. A less expensive option w/ a similar look is the Robert Abbey Bling Chandelier.

What is the size of this room? From the window on the right, all the way to the windows (which cannot be seen in the picture) on the left? :living room and dining room together. Thanks
