Please help me pick a paint color that goes well with what I have now in my room. How do I do window treatments? How and what color should I paint my tray ceiling for maximum impact?

Paint the tray ceiling your wall color; replace the fan with a chandelier; and hang white, lined linen drapes to the floor.

Paint it the same burgundy as your ceiling. Also you need to frame the windows with some curtains in a patterned red and white fabric - stripes?

Here is a slightly darker version of beige.

love the paint color that iamjudy posted from that photo.

maybe use the wall behind the bed as an accent wall and paint it with that warm beige tone.

i do like the idea of removing the fan and replacing it with a chandelier instead!

You have way too much red going on. Red is bold and very hard to work around. I suggest you get a white comforter. And fold red print on foot of bed. Remove red pillows. And red lamps go lucite or clear glass. White shads. Paint a dove gray. Roman shades in a white. Tray ceiling a red like comforter on top and white on sides. Put gray pillows on bed.

Instead of flower art. Move to another wall. And put a big sunburst mirror over bed 36" hang low.

If you love the red, keep it. I think it looks great! Would get new lamps though. Something a bit more modern, probably a drum shade

Curtains would look nice but since your room is busy I would go with something simple like roman blinds... But I'm no expert ;)

This may be off the wall (well, on the ceiling), but how about the golden yellow (from the center of the flower art) on the ceiling? Then, maybe a hint of that color in accents around the room as well.

That picture is too big for wall.

Travisinteriors is right that picture is screaming, it's too much. Your ceiling fan is lost in the ceiling too small. A colored light fixture would change the whole outlook of cieling and room.
You have good taste but nothing wrong with a little fine tuning.. I always get good advice from this sight. Lots of luck!

All comments valid, I think window treatment to the celing would balance the picture, ceiling a dark gold and wall 2 shades lighter
