On the top bunk. Is there a set of steps? If so where does it lead to?

Yes, stairs lead to 'secret' play area behind the wall with the circle cut outs! Found space during framing walk through!

What did you use to separate the two colors? Is that a modified chair rail or, just white paint? I am considering doing similar two color walls for my kid's room and want to avoid the chair rail, if possible as a separation. The second color will be in the top 25% room, very similar to how you have it. Any ideas?
