Are the cabinets made out of cherry with a clear coat?

    i have light cherry cabinets and red oak flooring: both installed 6 months ago. They get tons of compliments and I am happy with the combination which also includes absolute granite counters and stainless steel appliances with stainless steel chimney exhaust...struggling with what to put in for a back splash. I will be removing the existing granite backsplash.

      I know that the cabinets made with cherry is that ok if you go with Solid oak flooring too
