what kind of drain is used and how big is this shower?

i have a shower 6 x 3 can this drain be used and what kind of slope needs to be on the floor? wanting to put the drain on the 6 foot wall, there are 2 shower heads.

    Yes, you can place a linear drain on the 6' wall. California code calls for at least 1/4" per foot slope and that the top of drain is minimum 2" below the bathroom floor (if you're doing a curbless shower). Good luck with your project.

    cal code can you explian 1/4" per foot slope so if yu have a 5 foot x 3 foot shower 58x32 putting shower where a tub used to be drain on left then you can put drain on 3 ft wall and slop the 5 feet a 1/4 inch per foot until you reach drain or put drain on back wall and only slop 3 ft toward back wall 1/4 inch per foot but that would not equal 2 inches below floor can you explain a bit more the drain placement and sloping requirements
