I am looking for this black and white stripe fabric on the dining room chairs. I want to cover my chairs. I have not been able to find the correct size stripe and this looks perfect

You'll probably have to shop online. Google "black white stripe upholstery fabric" You'll need a quality heavy fabric / vinyl for chairs. I Googled that phrase and several hits came up, here's one http://www.tsfabrics.com/Canopy-Stripe-Black-White_p_501.html

This particular fabric is Ralph Lauren that we found for pennies on-line. j22b is right, just Google "black and white striped upholstery fabric", and you will find many options to choose from. Cheers!
