Color perception is so complex that it would really not be possible to identify the right color without either being in the space or at least having samples of all of the materials.

Go to the paint store and pick up half a dozen likely paint chips. (I use only paint companies that provide larger, individual chips, as opposed to fans or cards with multiple colors.) Then take them home and test them against each of the other colors.

If you have tinted windows that will affect what the paint colors look like in your home. Also as the light changes throughout the day it will change how your paint looks. It is best to take paint samples home and tape them next to your cabinets and slate. Once you have it narrowed down to two or three buy the small sample jars that are sold and paint larger areas and see how it changes throughout the day and what you like best with both the cabs and slate. A light gray green will tone down the pink and look good with the gray slate. Very difficult to say with out seeing and being in the room. It would be worth a consultation with a local designer. An hour would be more than enough for this and money well spent.
