Please advise the light fixtures

This looks to be polished concrete. Speaking from personal experience, an overlay is more fragile than polished concrete. We had our first floor done, an overlay that was stained and then sealed with a polyurethane product, and it has chipped in several places. If you like this look, go with polished. It will cost more to do and you will have to have sufficient space (our space was too small) but it'll be worth it. I wish I had known how poorly an overlay would wear. I would have chosen tile instead. Just my 2 cents!

Plus, the overlay finish doesn't give you an organic looking finish like what you see here. It looks plastic (for lack of a better word).

I can give an identical floor with polishable overlay and acid stain.
