Basement Look and Feel
very cool vanity...also, I'm not opposed to wall paper...Chris probably is, though.
very calming look...cool countertop but I have no idea what it is.
definitely want a cut in for shampoo in the shower...only needs to be one level..not 3 like this one.
Not what I was originally thinking but if we go w/ a rustic look anywhere else, this is a great bathroom look.
love the step up ledge to the shower glass from the vanity
FAVORITE:)
very 'spa- escqe' - like it but don't know why. straight lines but too contemporary? I like it.
been there, done that on this look. I could see me picking this out b/c it's neutral but I don't think I like it as much.
dark cabinets w/ light countertop...I like this too.
light w/ dark floors...I like
if the door of the bath is going to need to jut out due to all of that plumbing on that wall, a shelf would be a great addition to the space behind the door. (we were talking about the 24" soffit today)
like the light and brightness to this one. will our shower door go that high?
nice transition of wood floor to carpet
like this corian countertop A LOT!!!
like the granite and look and feel of room...
different shelving under the stairs...
this basement is way too boring...do not want this to happen to ours.
more drawers under the stairs...would we do this in the bedroom?
like the staircase...
cabinets and shelves all the way around the TV.
in the pilates area...would it be better to just build some shelves back into the staircase to hold dumbells, etc. rather than put a door there? I don't want to miss out on any of the space under the stairs though...but we are using the other side for the bev. center.
again, molding when ceiling drops down. I like the colors...the lightness of it.
regarding the staircase...good way to phase into the white woodwork by only going with the top part stained...is this weird?
wine bottle storage is a cool idea to do right next to beverage center but I don't know if that fits w/ our design...
like this backsplash
like the floor...
drawers under the steps...probably overkill but cool idea if we'd ever need it.
We have an idea to add a couple shelves near my desk area...just noted this to remind us to talk about it.
would like the tv against either wood panel like this or just drywall...no particular feeling yet. just noted this b/c we'll need to figure it out.
Nice looking floor...do not like the color of cabinets or walls...lighting fixtures are boring too.
This is my friend's kitchen and I love it...trying to figure out what I can incorporate in our basement to get this style.
Can we mix in some white or ivory cabinets w/ the dark?
like the fixtures here...
like the wallpaper
mirrors to floor is great too:)
like this floor too...
again, mirror come down to woodwork...
typical light wood floor but I could do dark...
like how the mirrors come down to woodwork and up to ceiling.
like the colors and the light.
like the backsplash here...do not want stone..
could also do cubbies around tv if too many cabinets in the basement...
these cabinets have a light look...are they gray? could do something like that but not black.
thinking of countertop like this w/ bev center below and slanted top coming at you instead of going up and to the left like this...
ivory glass
