Kitchen Ideas
OK, so, a lot of people put a decorative tile display behind the cooktop and they look beutiful ....when its brand new, but what does it look like when cooking grease and smoke gets in the light colored mortor and the ceramic tiles gets grease in all the little cracks and crevices. I want something that can easily be cleaned, looked great and if forced by maryellen to put tile behind the cooktop NO GROUT or no spacers between the tiles.
I like this idea ! (sink base liner)
I like this sink because its SS, it's 1 big sink (not 2) smaller ones, and it has rounded corners so its easy to clean. And I'd like to reuse the existing faucet we just bought. Its simple, and easy to change the cartridges when they fail, and they will and they will frequently. Also, ONLY HEAVY DUTY PVC 2" drains, no brass or Home Depot junk.
here's the double oven with the microwave on top again....but it might be just a little to high fro Mary
Dont like, drawers will eventually break and then you'll still end up with the stand alone garbage can. I dont have an issue with our current stand alone stainless steel garbage can
like the copper hood, the many light colored cabinets mixed with a few dark cabinets and the dark wood floor
don't like this, don't want to bend down to store everyday ware
I like this, but wonder how long the pull out drawer will last and wonder about all the lost space required for the drawer. I like the stand up dividers
don't like it, waste of money
don't like it
I envision this becoming a cleaning nightmare and the pull out drawer wracking & becoming broken in a short period of time. WHY ? over use
I envision this type of cabinet wracking & becoming broken in a short period of time........
I like the pots, pans and lids storage under the cooktop ! Buts its missing a drawer for utensils YAAAAA
I like this kitchen a lot.
I like the exhaust hood. It doesn't overpower the rest of the room. Its plain, simple.
I like this. The arches, wrought iron light fixture, beam ceiling, light color walls and natural stone. I think the exhaust hood is to ornate.
LOVE THIS
LOVE this too, the look, the feel, the fabrics, the beamed ceiling and the area rug on the tile
LOVE THIS ! The arches, the wrought iron, the light colors, the tile floor with area rug, the wall sconces, the vases, the artwork
I LOVE this in terms of look and feel.
I like the look and feel of this room, the windows, the wrought iron
I love this look. Its simple, not ornate, its warm
I like the "feel" of this kitchen, warm, cozy, the earth tones, the arched doorway, the stone and the tile floor. Its a little too dark for my taste, but it has many of the elements I like.
I like the wooden beams, which are traditional in Tuscan Homes.
I like the space above the cabinets being used to show tuscan vases
I don't like this, it looks old fashion and out dated
I could live with this, but worry the door hinge system will fail quickly
I like this idea, but would like it to be a whiteboard
I don't want this. It looks old and dated
I like the feel of this room
I like the feel of this room
I like this plain, simple, not ornate exhaust hood
I like the way this looks
I also like the "feel" of this kitchen, light colored walls, light cabinets, wood floor & wrought iron alabaster light fixtures. I also like the black granite, but I'm told dark colored granite is more difficult to keep looking nice (but I like the way it looks)
I like the feel of this kitchen, bright, light colored walls, light colored cabinets, wood floor, beamed ceilings
Maryellen like the mosaic tile art behind the stove, but I worry it will be difficult to keep clean
I like the wrought iron alabaster light fixtures
I LOVE the big wide wood planks on the floor
I like the ceiling and think maybe something like this could be used to treat the sloping ceiling in our kitchen and kitchen nook
Maryellen doesn't want plain stainless steel exposed exhaust hood, and I don't want an insert exhaust hood with a lot of ornate detail that can collect grease. This picture is with an adobe looking smooth surfaced insert hood looks nice (I just wonder if it can be easily cleaned).
I like the dark wood moldings and the earth tone beige walls
I like the alabaster light fixture
I like the columns, the arches and the wrought iron
We need a spce for the dogs dish which will be out of the way
The glass in the doors of the cabinet looks fantastic (for this photoshoot), but I think overtime it would just allow everyone to see our miss matched everyday ware...
The pull out spic rack looks cool, but I feel its not practical. I want the spices in a well though out spot where you don't have to move any spices to see everything you have & good lighting so you can see all the spices and don't have to "hunt" for them
I HATE the exhaust hood and all the ornate trim which will collect grease and be difficult to clean
I like the way this kitchen looks. Like the mix of light and dark cabinets and like the wood floor and the way it looks with the light and dark cabinets
I like the terracotta floor
