My wife and I had a 6 month long project to refurbish the entire condo. Collin and his dedicated crew took the time to listen to our specs throughout the process to skilfully complete a masterpiece. From electrical to plumbing to City permits Collin commanded it all with swift professionalism.

Just moving to a new office space with the challenge of downsizing from a large space - we consolidated only what we needed. Reached out to Kobuksan Construction for a quote - he was very honest about having shelves on our office walls. He did not charge us for coming over and seeing what our needs are - especially in The City/San Francisco - were he had to pay for parking - very professional. I highly recommend him. I saw his work at a Café he was in the middle of construction. Very impressed.

Have used Kobuksan and have reviewed their work throughout the city before making my decision and they are tops. Collin who is the head contractor is trustworthy and honest... he's given me a quote and even when small issues came up, he was always upfront and notified me about the details and worked with me on solutions without massive overcharges. I think he completely did the interior of a Japanese restaurant at the end of Pier 39 if anyone's interested in looking at a public example of his work. I find this contractor trustworthy and conscientious as well as skilled/knowledable in his craft if anyone's looking for such a person. We experienced no attitude - which was so great. Postscript: Collin is a very patient and helpful teacher. We frequently call him up to ask about potential reworking and modeling work and he is always answers us with advice and ideas with such courtesy and helpful insights into building structure, architecture and codes. Great guy.
