What does one look for when hiring an installation contractor for a remodeling project in their home? Is it quality workmanship? Honesty? Professional Work-ethic? Price? What if you could have it all? Because that’s what we found when we hired Ryan Vatter Construction. We were in desperate need for a master bathroom update when we performed our search. When we came in contact with Ryan, we weren’t settled on our bathroom design choices and colors. Through our discussions, Ryan offered the services of his wife, Christy, to help with the design. Both Ryan and Christy were patient in helping us finalize our choices. Christy took the time to understand our style preferences and then made her recommendations while Ryan worked to keep the choices within our budget. With almost any remodel project, there will be surprises and our project was no exception. But this is when the hiring of a quality company shows. Ryan and his team worked through the unexpected challenges, being resilient and persevering through to completion, even exceeding our expectations. As expected, we love our new master bathroom. Since the completion of this project, we’ve used the services of Ryan Vatter Construction on a second project. This was for a rental property that we own. We gave Ryan a budgetary number along with a few design choices. Since the property had tenants at the time, the scheduling needed to be precise, minimizing the downtime of the bathroom. Christy made the design choices and Ryan’s team successfully completed the project in the tight timeframe. Our tenants love it and so do we.

Ryan Vatter brings not just his own experience, values and quality work but also a crew who are just as concerned for quality and the satisfaction of the home owner as he is. We see a successful future for Ryan Vatter Construction. They updated a master bathroom and opened up an out of date small kitchen doubling our cabinet and counter space.

Ryan is great at listening to the customer and offering options as well as solutions to any issues that come up along the way. If something isn't right, Ryan will make it right. We are getting ready to hire him again for another project.

RVC has done numerous jobs for us. The most recent was a complete kitchen upgrade. Ryan was very prompt, patient and understanding. We kept our original cabinets, but everything else was redone. He coordinated the kitchen counter top install, replaced the flooring, installed back splash, moved appliances, etc. Because we changed the layout of our kitchen we needed some cabinets manufactured to match our existing ones. Ryan did an amazing job at making 4 drawers, spice rack cabinet and dish rack. The stain matched exactly. RVC is trustworthy, prompt, talented and very competitively priced. We recommend them highly.
