It was an absolute pleasure using Sarah's services! She designed three rooms for us: two home offices and our very large, main bedroom. We were thrilled with her choices and the ideas she had for each space. Her lovely personality comes across even over email and she's a great communicator! Turnaround time for both the initial designs and any alternate requests we had were very quick. I would absolutely use her again in the future.

Working with Sarah over the past couple of months has been terrific. She listens intently to your goals and desires and brilliantly offers plan designs and suggestions I would never have been able to achieve on my own. I was SO lucky to find this wonderful designer. During the early portion of COVID I spend hours and hours trying to make decorate sense of my home. Frustrated, and after not being satisfied with two virtual design companies, I found the person to solve my problem. Her design is fabulous, the links made shopping easy, and items were within my price range. She solved what had seemed impossible. I absolutely adore my home now!!

I’m confidently giving The Yellow Cape Cod a 5 out of 5. I purchased a plan last year after hemming and hawing about it for quite a while. I’m so glad I did. The design was for my living room. When I completed the initial form providing my ideas and likes/dislikes, I was all over the place - from modern to traditional and everywhere in between. Sara took all of my various thoughts and needs (ours is a very well-used living room) and consolidated them into the most beautiful design. I just love it. Mind you, I’m still buying the recommenced pieces (they are all reasonably priced), but I wanted to spread out the expenses. Because of this, I continue to have follow-up questions for Sara (e.g., what plants should I add?). Sara always responds with helpful information. I’m so grateful and impressed by her work. When I’m done with the living room, I plan to move on to the office! I can’t wait!!!

In December 2019, I purchased a staging design plan from The Yellow Cape Cod via their e-service option. I had seen design plans from The Yellow Cape Cod and loved the style. We were getting our home ready to sell and I really wanted to maximize showing potential for prospective buyers. Development of the new phase in the neighborhood we wanted to build was significantly delayed. Now we are almost ready to start building and decided to list our house for sale. We had a potential buyer before our house was officially listed and placed on MLS. In less than 24 hours we had a FULL PRICE offer. I am convinced the staging design plan from The Yellow Cape Cod contributed to the quick and successful sale of our home. Working with Sarah was extremely easy. She communicated with me via email to determine what I was looking for in a design plan. Turn around time was quick, too. I will definitely use the e-services again and I recommend The Yellow Cape Cod to EVERYONE!
