This beautiful Buddha Panel Pacceka 24 inch length x 36 inch height x approximately 5 inch thickness, including the approximately 3 inch protruding nose, Sustainable Monkey Pod Wood in Eco Friendly, Natural Livos Oak Oil Finish Wall Panel presents Pacceka - the realization of the Dhamma is like a dream. Referring to one who has attained to supreme and perfect insight, but who does so without proclaiming it to the world - hence the equivalent Silent Buddha often found in translations. This Pacceka Buddha wall panel has been carved from joined panels. The panel has two embedded flush mount Keyhole hangers on the topmost securing crossbar on the back for a protruding screw from your wall. Hand carved by craftspeople in Thailand, who spend hours shaping, sanding, and finishing these wonders of wood, these are made of Monkey Pod wood grown specifically for the woodcarving industry. Livos Oak oil creates a highly water resistant and food safe matte finish, these natural oils are translucent, so the wood grain detail is highlighted. The light and dark portions of wood turn to darker shades of brown over time and the alkaline in the oils creates a honey orange color. Each piece is crafted from sustainable wood; we make minimal use of electric hand sanders in the finishing process. All products are dried in solar or propane kilns. No chemicals are used in the process, ever. After each piece is carved, kiln dried, sanded, and rubbed with Livos Oak oil, they are packaged with cartons from recycled cardboard with no plastic or other fillers. The color and grain of your piece of Nature will be unique, and may include small checks or cracks that occur when the wood is dried. Sizes are approximate. Products could have visible marks from tools used, patches from small repairs, knot holes, natural inclusions or holes. There may be various separations or cracks on your piece when it arrives.
