About The Artist:

I Am A Full-Time Artist, Painting Daily. I Create A Variety Of Works From Landscapes In Oil Depicting Place And Time, To Figurative Works In Wet And Dry Media. Light, Color And A Love Of Nature Are The Driving Forces Behind My Work. My Work Reflects A Relationship Between The World Around Me And The Painted Image. I Strives To Create A Visual Representation Through The Senses And Experiences.
I Received A Bfa In Painting At Pratt Institute Where I Was Most Influenced By Two Professors, Color Theorist Mary Buckley And Painter Al Blaustein. Currently I Am A Board Member Of The Orange County Arts Council, And Facilitate The Warwick Life Drawing Group. I Live In Warwick, Ny With My Husband, Art Teacher/Sculptor Louis Fatta, And Our Two Children. We Are Surrounded By The Beauty Of A Rural Landscape That Includes Farms, Mountains And State Parks.
