Christopher A Rose AIA, ASID Michele I'm unsure what you are asking. Certain kinds of week? Its a natural wood product but if it kept oiled it will patina and show less wear than other surfaces. I too don't like everything to match ... if you look at the kitchen in Ironhorse Farm on our Houzz site you will see that kitchen has three different countertops and looks fantastic.
