Home owner wanted to lose the drywalled TV niche and shelves. Level designed and built a full wall of bookcase, built-in TV area, wood mantel and fireplace surround, and patio door casing. All for a the same price a designer quoted the Home Owner to do just the bookshelves and TV niche.
