pattimay Valsa - Windows are most likely tinted ones to help with heat and protects interior from fade.
We have a neighbor that just had all windows replaced and they look just like these. Supposedly they select blue instead of the brown or grey because it gives a brighter look, not so dark.
Hope that's the correct information for this home.

rbcola timberone, I have a sample of Brazilian Walnut flooring (pre-finished). It's much darker. Santos mahogany....is nice too...but more red. I guess it's the fact that the finishes vary from one producer to the other.
