nbimom Thank you for the faucet information. Are you pleased with the faucet? Also, love the deep sink...can you tell me what brand it is? Thanks so much again!
karelina I haven't seen one with the knob in the middle. As a lefty, I'm looking for something that will accommodate using my left hand and this would work.
faithful Have you had any sinks refinished? I have 2 cast iron sinks I want re-enameled but have not found anyone in the country to do them. Any help is greatly appreciated!!!
Rie, the blogger behind Home and Harmony, and her husband have become pros at using salvaged sinks. For their kitchen they found a 4-foot-long old surgeon's sink on Craigslist for $100, then spent $300 having it professionally reglazed. It's an incredibly practical farmhouse-style sink that cost much less than newer versions.
Love this huge sink. Notice the skirt. great way to add additional texture, depth, pattern and color without much cost.

Another option to add more texture to kitchen. Use pattern fabric for a skirt under the sink. Great way to bring in more depth and color at a low cost.
