Anne DeCocco Wow--the right gray certainly looks beautiful with wood trim, doesn't it? I'd suggest Ben Moore's Moonshine/OC-56 for a similar soft tone.
Kathleen LoGiodice Fong | Color and Design This appears to be crafted from recycled wood. I had one made for my house, and if you check your local artisans, am sure you can do the same. That way, you'd get exactly the right size.
Or.. you can search antique and used furniture stores for one- but guess something this size would not be inexpensive.
millssnell Not sure if you are still looking for a table like this.
I live in South Carolina and build tables like this. Feel free to email or contact me if you are still interested in having something built. I obviously can't promise that we will be the right fit for each other, but I would love to hear about what you are looking for.
Fresh shiny industrial pendants, a mix of chairs that include Bertioa wire side chairs, a farm table, Arts and Crafts wood trim and loads of natural light creates a vintage modern look.
A note on chairs: These days, there is no need to match your dining chairs to the table, or even to have a set of matched chairs at all. If you have your eye on pricier chairs but can't afford to buy them all at once, fill in with inexpensive flea market finds. Paint them the same color for a cohesive look or leave them as is for a quirkier, more eclectic feel.
I am a big fan of the chairs. Mismatched chairs make me think of Friends and it makes me feel like the house is more of a home. I also love the natural light in this area of a kitchen.
