I'm looking at the griddle and am curious if you use it often and is it hard to clean? - Thanks »
chellywentworth I don't have an answer for you on this specific one as we installed it for a client of ours. However, I have had one in the past and loved it. I used it for warming tortillas, grilling sandwiches and making pancakes. It was also good for just keeping foods warm in their pans if I needed the burner. It was difficult to keep shining clean, but cleaned up pretty well. I think it depends on if you want to keep it looking brand new all the time, it probably is not a good idea to have it.
Creating a pullout cooking utensil station for spoons, spatulas and oven mitts is an ingenious use of the rollout storage idea. A pegboard or perforated metal backing creates an easy (and affordable) backdrop for stress-free reachability.Pullout drawers like this are also great for trash and recycling storage. Out of sight, out of mind (and smell).
