This front porch as ipe as the flooring, usually a deep red/brown when stained as grays out over time. I used clay pots and a lot of red geraniums to give some sharp contrast to the sage green house siding (cedar shingles). The rocking chairs and swing are from Lloyd Flanders and great for outside. The big wall clock came from Frontgate but has not weathered well.

We are looking for this type of wall siding. - Does this siding come in large panels or just in long narrow planks. Where will I find it? Can it be painted too? »
Eddie Rider Designs Good afternoon, the swing came from Lloyd Flanders. Specialty patio furniture stores should sell the line. You also could go on their website and see what's the closest store to you. The color of this collection is BARK.
LMG Interiors Eddie Rider Designs,
Do you specify a type of IPE for that nice gray finish? Or does it just age? I seem to see a lot of reddish looking IPE flooring and this looks just perfect. Thanks for any advice.
Eddie Rider Designs This has does have a couple years on it with a lot of sun and splashing. It faces the ICW in Wilmington, NC. The owners stain it about every 2 or 3 years. It does have some upkeep to keep it looking its best.
