what is the brand of the faucet? Love that it has a shelf above it , is that separate or built into the faucet itself?

The shelf is part of the faucet. All part of the Axor Massaud line by Hansgrohe.

The Owners sourced the awning online. I'll try to get more info but just know it may take some time with their schedule.

The mfg is Juno LIghting...I don't know the product #. I've seen it on Lumens.com. I'm sure a quick google will get you to a vendor.

Sorry I missed your question! The room is 14.5 feet by 10 foot 2 inches. That doesn't include the bench.

Hi. We did not. Do they come in a size smaller than 7" for the 15 " cabs? If not, I'd take a look around for some other options. Amy

I don't recall the exact color. They have a number of reds. It is impossible to really know the color via a photo and you should get the actual color chips in red and pick the best for you.

I wanted to add that Lauren Mangrum at Ceramic Tile Center is amazing! She is our go to person for selecting tile for our projects!

Hi Carrie. The shingles are part of the original early century cottage. You'd need to provide a continuous backing. I take it you are a DIY er but I would consider having an experienced contractor do the work. Good luck

Are you asking about the pavement or the umbrella? There is no grass in this yard so I can't comment other than to say you'd need a blower and maybe a rough broom for things that might get caught.
