I can not say enough about Carpeteria Carpet One! They have "The Beautiful Guarantee" warranty for carpet... if I am not satisfied with my newly installed carpet it was replaced with no questions asked...!! The sales team, customer service and installation department as superb!!! Thx

I recently had Carpeteria Carpet One on Miramar Rd install Carpet, Hardwood and Tile in my home. I am so pleased and relieved that I decided to trust in Sean Moran and the installation team at Carpeteria. Leading up to my purchase of new flooring for my home in 4S Ranch I researched and visited almost 6 different flooring companies. Hands down I received the best experience at Carpeteria Carpet One. Not only did Sean help me find the right flooring options for my home, but he also listened to my concerns and expectations and made sure I was selecting the right flooring. From the warm and immediate greeting to Sean's knowledge of flooring and installation methods I was truly impressed. In addition to Sean's great service I also received wonderful service from the two other gentleman that worked in the showroom as well. Both of them assisted me when I came in on Sean's day off. I could tell these guys were team players and that was refreshing! Being that this purchase was $18,000 I wanted to make sure that I was working with a good company that not only did great work, but also stood behind their work. The installation crews were very professional and worked really hard to make sure my flooring turned out beautiful. It's been 3 weeks since the project has been completed, and my husband and I could not be any happier!!
