Hello!
I am Celeste Lewis and I was the architect for this Residence. The "moulding" height is 2'-4" tall, 10" deep and it was custom fabricated to hide the joint of the beam below and roof rafters that extend from the house. The porch roof is flat. The detailing was designed to be "oversized" to ensure it balanced the tall and flat front elevations. Thanks!

Hello!
I love that painting too! But I don't have any information on it. It was something the owner had prior to the construction.
