Bill Manning and Clay Snelling formed their partnership in 1997 to combine their wealth of experience and attention to detail in upper end Residential Construction. Stuart McIlyar, a registered architect and designer, joined Manning, Snelling & McIlyar in 2006. He also brought to the firm multiple years of experience in high end residential construction projects. We have constructed new or renovated over “100″ projects in Highland Park and University Park (Park Cities), Preston Hollow, Greenway Parks, Bluffview, Turtle Creek, Oak Lawn and North Dallas. We have a dedicated team that offers personal commitments to our projects that include the highest quality craftsmanship at the best price, attention to detail, hands-on management, accurate budgeting, proficient scheduling and daily communication with our clients. We are constantly upgrading our operations to keep up with the latest best building practices and education, including green building principals and codes.
