called Connell Building to give me a quote on a Kitchen and bath remodel also a master bedroom closet I wanted a new organizer I wanted. I had to call 3-4 times and leave messages before I got a return call. It took almost 2 weeks for them to come out to look at the job. When the sales person, Dan, showed up, I told him since it took so long I had already received 2 other quotes. He asked me who they were from, then he started talking bad about both companies, which I found very unprofessional. Then he asked to see the other 2 quotes, which I told him no. Then he asked me " well how much do you have to spend" I told him just to give me a price, he looked around for 5 min and left saying " just figure 100,000." with no idea of what we really wanted. I would never use this company for anything.

Connell has been working in our house for the past few months while installing a wine cellar and exercise room in our basement. They have been careful to execute the designs of our architect, while keeping to our budget. They are collaborative and pleasant to work with. The crew is polite, quiet, and respectful. I find it difficult for a building crew to be underfoot in the house for such a long period of time - BUT Connell has proven different. We will definitely recommend to all of our friends and family, and use them again in the future. Pictures to follow upon project completion.
