Downtown Designworks Architecture

My husband and I have known Peter Willcox for nearly 30 years and have always admired his work. We recently had the opportunity to work with him on a total renovation of our pre-war coop apartment in NYC and he has exceeded our expectations in every way. We love his design aesthetic and his knowledge and experience navigating the NYC building code and landmark preservation requirements has been an incredible help in expediting approvals for our project. The renovation includes complete redesign of our kitchen, 2 bathrooms, master bedroom suite and living room/den. He has enabled us to find ways to use every inch of space without sacrificing the feeling of openness and flow we desire. I have engaged Downtown Designworks on multiple full floor residential renovations. Not only were they thorough and precise as to their architectural renderings and drawings but they were great at liasoning between the contractor / sub contractors and myself.
