I second the last 1 star review - Although responsive, Cali is a sales person at its finest. She will bs you into exhaustion. Cosmetically great, re-poured concrete, leaks, wiring issues etc.... also during our warranty period. They got way over their heads and neighbors suffered tremendously. 3 years later and still no "clubhouse, pool, walking trails" etc.

I completely agree with above 1 star review. Cali in the warranty department is very responsive. The difficulty is with the unreliable and disconnect between her and the contractors foster uses. Our home is beautiful cosmetically but has had to have large $$ repairs. Thankfully it was during our warranty period... still a concern and I would never use this builder again.

Foster Signature Homes builds nice homes and the warranty depart is always responsive, HOWEVER if you are thinking about taking them up on their room conversation don't. I signed a contract at the end of March 2017 and I was told that they would start the construction in 60 days, It has been over 90 day and there has been little to no communication, only one text that the should be contacting me with a start day soon. That was over a month ago. They are good on the big deal, but forget about the small stuff and totally don't care about customer service or good communication.

Cesar, was the key person behind this stunning new home design. His design was taken from his drafted plans, and constructed in one of our New Home Communities. This is one of our "Best Model Home Designs", and the feed back has been amazing! Its located at 4422 Fountain View Drive in Norman in our New community of Fountain View. Professional, attentive and leadership are the 3 words I would describe the Foster Signature Team. They are great and I have really enjoyed using them.
