The newel post for the rear mud room stairway to the second level
measures 7 1/4" at the the base, and 6" at the raised panel areas.

I do not have the job records for this specific newel post, but you
may view CROWN HERITAGE stair parts for additional information.
The reference code could be 4039-P, primed / raised panel design.

The project was completed in 2007, which my records do not exist for the color.

The final color for the stucco exterior walls of the house was mixed within the final stucco finish of the project. You can discuss the products and color selections with your local builder / stucco contractor. You should be able to obtain a sample chart, within the product brochure of the various finish stucco color.

I would recommend that you have a 48"X48" sample board provide by the builder. Due to our location, the time of day, along with your design of the exterior, you may find the color board to differ based on these conditions. It is best to utilize the builder and subcontractor resources, along with a copy of this photo to obtain your color.

The trim color was painted with an BJ Moore primer, however I do not have the finish color.

trendyb Thank you! We have stucco repair and do not have the original paint they painted the house with, so now we have to find a paint color we like, since we don't love the current color.

Thank you for taking the time to review the photographs within the houzz site.

In answer to your question, the foyer is essentially a two story space.
As you enter the front door, the roof slopes up to an open handrail offering you a view from the second floor level. I have individual photographs of the foyer for this residence posted on within the photograph section, which is listed on the left side of my "home" page.

The following photographs of the foyer are for newton residence one are noted below for your review. :

The project was completed in 2007, which I no longer have the records of contacts.

The reference question of the bricks, is assumed to related to the driveway pavers.
I would recommend that you review the photo with your builder or mason which
may direct your to a local distributor of driveway pavers in your area.

The selection of size, shape, pattern, layout and color should be reviewed.
Your local distributor of driveway pavers should have an assortment of products
which you should be able to select the "color" which works best for your project.
